Gona to Tell all, You need many births to explore Vedic Heritage. This Temple was built by Kocengannan (Kochenga Chola), one of the Early Cholas, around 1,800 years ago. Jambukeswarar Temple, Thiruvanaikaval (also Thiruvanaikal, Jambukeswaram) is a famous Shiva temple in Tiruchirapalli district, Tamil Nadu. I observe that many yathris(mostly from other states) visit Srirangam Ranganathaswamy Temple but miss the opportunity of visiting Jambukeshwara Temple which is a Panchabootha stalam. May be out of ignorance. This temple is located very close to the famous vaishnava shrine, Sri Rangam. This temple Thiruvanaikkaval / Jambukeswarar temple is the Jala sthala amongst the pancha bhoota Siva Temples, The deity is surrounded by water which is a rare presence of the Lord Can't describe in words but this is fabulous most amazing temple
